Michael has over 35 years of experience in the Business Aviation Industry. He has held management, operational, and finance roles at DaimlerChrysler Aviation, Gulfstream Aerospace, Flexjet, Avolar (A United Airlines subsidiary), and Jet Aviation (A General Dynamics Company). Most recently, Michael was Sr. Vice President for Business and General Aviation for World Fuel Services. Michael holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Eastern Michigan University, and an M.B.A. from Georgia Southern University. He is an instrument rated private pilot and licensed aircraft dispatcher. Michael has a very diverse 40 plus years of experience in both commercial and corporate aviation. His career has been split mainly between FBO management, and sales and marketing. Michael has a great amount of experience in the integration of newly acquired aviation businesses and personnel. He has held positions with World Fuel Services, Signature Flight Support, Atlantic Aviation and Chrysler Pentastar Aviation. Michael attended the Florida Institute of Technology where he acquired a B.S. degree in Aviation Management and a commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
Don is an accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of success across the business aviation industry. He started his career as a Naval Aviator and deployed on several tours to the Middle East and Western Pacific Areas of Operation. During his tenure in the Navy, he was both a Single and Multi-Engine flight instructor, and additionally held the roles of Safety Officer, Maintenance Officer, Pilot Training Officer and Operations Officer. Don joined Jet Aviation as a pilot and rose through the ranks to hold various positions including Senior Vice President of Flight Services. Under his leadership, Jet Aviation’s Aircraft Management and Charter division expanded in both profitability and fleet size. Don is an ATP rated pilot holding type ratings in the Gulfstream II, III, IV, V and 650 aircraft. He served as member and Chairperson of the NATA Air Charter committee supporting the industry in resolving issues ranging from Federal Excise Tax application to the standardization of training programs for Part 135 Air Carriers. Don holds a B.S in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Air Transportation Association.
Glen Gross

Glen recently retired from Atlantic Aviation as Vice President of Operations, Eastern Region where he helped grow the Company from one to more than seventy bases.
Glen entered the aviation industry and spent 15 years as a manager and executive in an international ground handling company, where he managed and directed operations at LGA, JFK and EWR, including into-plane fueling, ground handling, cargo warehousing and de-icing operations. He helped open Terminal One at JFK, where he managed all ground operations for fourteen 747s per day. He then spent 16 years in the General Aviation arena, where among other things, he was part of the Operations and Mergers and Acquisitions team for Atlantic Aviation. He also was on the Board of Directors of the JFK Chamber of Commerce and was a founder of the Long Island Business Aviation Association (LIBAA).

In his 30-plus year career Dan has driven successful communications programs for a variety of consumer and business-to-business clients. He has directed advertising, relationship marketing, public relations and sales promotion for Texaco, Safeway, H-E-B Food & Drug, BFGoodrich and Quaker State.
Dan has also brought his creative and insightful approach to business-to-business clients including Novartis Animal Health, Owens Corning, Dow U.S.A., Browning-Ferris Industries, AirBP, Brown & Root and divisions of Texaco including Texaco Aviation, Truck Stops and Marine Fuels.
A strategic thinker with strong skills in market analysis, problem detection and product positioning, Dan is adept at developing distinctive brand strategies and translating them into actionable programs.
Dan received a B.B.A. in Management with a communications focus from Western Michigan University and lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with his wife and two children. He holds a Private Pilot License and spends time away from the office working with the American Red Cross Disaster Services team.

He is an innovative top-performer with a history of growing sales and revenues. Dave has over 25 years of experience in business aviation including Chief Operating Officer at Universal Weather & Aviation, and President at UVair. He holds a B.S., Meteorology from Penn State University, and an M.B.A. from Tulane University.
